REFUND POLICY

  • To initiate the refund process, customers must submit a detailed video clearly showcasing the manufacturing defect along with the bill & original untampered packing.
  • Videos should be in accordance with the guidelines outlined in our company policy to ensure accurate assessment.
  1. Timely Submission:
  • Customers must submit the video evidence as soon as possible not more than 24 hours of receiving the product.
  1. Manufacturing Defect Criteria:
  • Refunds will only be processed for products exhibiting manufacturing defects as per company`s satisfaction.
  • The defect should be verifiable through the provided video evidence as per company`s satisfaction.
  1. Refund Approval:
  • Upon receipt and review of the video, our quality assurance team will assess the manufacturing defect claim.
  • If the claim is valid as per company`s satisfaction, a refund will be approved.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or an alternative method determined by the company.
  1. Non-Compliance:
  • Refund requests that do not adhere to the specified guidelines may not be considered.
